T’was the week after posting, and all through the mail,
Not a Chronicle stirred, no fresh design tale.
The inbox lay waiting with patience and care,
In hopes that Issue Three soon would be there.

The readers were nestled, their interest still keen (yes?)
For musings and tips on the perfect serene.
But delays can be tricky, as schedules reveal,
Sometimes even newsletters need time to heal.

When what to my wondering mind should appear,
But a small design hiccup, no cause for fear.
Away to my desk, I flew with a start,
To craft Issue Three with creative heart.

The mood boards were ready, the musings were too,
A bit late, perhaps, but still fresh and new.
For design, like the seasons, is worth the short wait—
Even perfection can show up late.😋

So here soon it comes, with its treasures in tow,
A Chronicle brimming with inspiration to show.

I’m merely stating the obvious: The love of nooks transcends species barriers🐈. Sometimes, though, there’s neither time nor patience to build one from scratch. This one came to life with a slew of old wooden wine crates (don’t tell anyone 🤫), layered with a thick cushion swathed in @larsenfabrics. And to top it off? Two bolsters in @misia_paris fabric from @rijdinterior. Fantastic fabrics always save the day! #nook#readingnook#rainyautumndays
